    I started my career with Berlin City in 1992 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire. I started off as a sales guide and worked my way up to used vehicle sales manager within 10 months and after 4 years was promoted to GSM of Presidential motors in Intervale NH, which was later relocated to Gorham and was the sales manager for the Honda franchise for the past 10 years. In June of 2008 I was given the opportunity to be the General manager of the Berlin City GM superstore and now General Manager Berlin City Auto Group.

    Currently serving as a General Sales Manager at Berlin City Auto Group, Allen Binette always goes above and beyond when it comes to providing "over the top" care to each and every one of Berlin City's customers.

    Joining the team at Berlin City 17 years ago, Allen has worked at a number of dealerships during the span of his tenure with the company, dedicating himself to matching all clientele with the ideal car or truck to suit their needs.

    Quick to point out that he has chosen to remain at Berlin City Auto Group for nearly two decades because he truly loves what he does, Allen prides himself on his professional demeanor and his focus on superior service. Presently, Allen drives a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour, a sleek four-cylinder wagon hailed for its practical design and smooth handling capabilities. A true vehicle aficionado himself, Allen hopes to someday pilot a 1987 Buick Regal Grand National Turbo, a powerhouse of a car garnering its name from the NASCAR Grand National racing series. Raised in New Hampshire, Allen hails from Gorham, a quaint town nestled in the Northern White Mountain Range, just a short drive away from Mt. Washington. Like so many other New Englanders, Allen takes great pleasure in experiencing the variety of the region?s four seasons.

    Aside from spending time with his family, Allen unwinds by camping, hiking, and fishing in the area?s pristine lakes and rivers.

Joining Berlin City Auto Group's Honda dealership as a Sales Representative nearly nine years ago, Paul brings a personal passion for cars to his work at Berlin City, putting a notable amount of energy into providing customers with "over the top care" in every way possible. Deriving a great deal of satisfaction from helping people find the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle. Paul truly enjoys the daily interactions he has with Berlin City Auto Group's customers, noting the additional benefit of being a part of a sales team comprised of genuine, friendly folks.

    Regarding his own transportation choices, Paul currently drives a Nissan Frontier; the highest ranked mid-size pickup truck in its class based on initial quality assessment. When he isn't assisting clientele at Berlin City Auto Group, Paul can be found exploring New England's gorgeous, rugged backcountry. An avid fisherman and hiker, Paul also enjoys working in his garden and spending time with his family. A multi-talented individual who places value on staying in excellent physical condition, Paul boasts distinction as a four-time national arm-wrestling champion, three of his past wins taking place in international competitions.

    Prior to joining Berlin City Auto Group two years ago, Randy built a strong foundational knowledge in vehicle sales, working with leading brands such as Toyota, Honda, GM, Ford, and Kia, among other manufacturers.

    Regarding his personal choice in transportation, Randy presently drives a 2009 Honda CRV, also making use of his trusty 1998 GMC Sierra, a sturdy full-size pickup truck well known for its solid design and workhorse capabilities.

    A New England native since childhood, Randy grew up in Lancaster, New Hampshire, a scenic town in Coos County nestled on the banks of the Connecticut River. When he isn't helping customers at Berlin City Auto Group find the perfect car or truck to suit their needs, Randy enjoys fishing for bass, rooting for the region's sports teams, playing poker, and spending quality time with his family.

With extensive knowledge of old and new model Toyotas, Nissans, Hondas, Kias, and Fords, among numerous other vehicle brands, Monica puts a great deal of effort into ensuring that every customer she assists receives the unsurpassed service and individualized attention that sets Berlin City Auto Group apart from the competition.

    As a key member of the dealership's Parts Department, Monica understands that strong communication skills are one of the keys to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Utilizing her strong people-skills to the utmost degree on a daily basis, Monica displays a notable capacity for creative problem solving and, as well as a commendable can-do attitude.

    Regarding her personal choice in vehicles, Monica presently drives a Ford Fusion, a stylish yet practical sedan that has garnered accolades for smooth handling capabilities and distinctive design for its class. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Monica chooses to remain in New England for the gorgeous scenery, the changing seasons, and the friendly people.

    In her free time away from Berlin City Auto Group, Monica unwinds by mountain biking, snow-shoeing, and working out at the local gym. At some point in the future, Monica looks forward to hopping on her motorcycle for a road trip to Bar Harbor, naming Acadia National Park as one of her planned destinations.

    Boasting nearly 30 years of total experience in the automotive industry, Ron strives for excellence on a daily basis regardless of a task's simplicity or complexity. Approaching each challenge that comes his way with a smile, Ron is notably enthusiastic about his work in Berlin City Auto Group's Parts Department. Noting that he prides himself on his ability to listen carefully to a customer's concerns, Ron maintains a firm dedication to addressing issues both large and small in a timely fashion.

    Ron's personal choice in transportation for the time being is a Subaru Legacy Limited GT Edition, although he hopes to someday get behind the wheel of his own Lexus LF-A. A New Englander to the core, Ron grew up in Berlin, New Hampshire. Noting his affinity for the region's changing seasons, scenic beauty, and laid-back attitude, Ron also loves to travel. Having visited every state east of the Mississippi River in the past few years, Ron looks forward to taking another road trip across the country, stopping in Las Vegas, Nevada before making his way on to California.

    A Parts Consultant at Berlin City Auto Group, Phil "Parts Phil" Cloutier brings over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry to his work at the New Hampshire-based Ford dealership.

    Before he stepped into his current role at Berlin City Auto Group, Phil honed his skills working with a wide variety of vehicle makes and models including Nissans, GMs, Hondas, Toyotas, and Dodges, to name just a few. Approaching his responsibilities in Berlin City's part Department with a sense of thoroughness, Phil makes it a point to always tie up loose ends, leaving nothing to chance. If a customer should require additional assistance after their vehicle has been serviced, Phil is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure a job well done.

    Holding a degree in Automotive Technology, Phil employs his knowledge on a daily basis noting that his education enables him to provide "over the top" care to every client no matter how complex their needs may be.

    A multi-talented individual who firmly believes in the importance of giving back to his community, Phil devotes a portion of his spare time to his job as a volunteer firefighter, garnering an award as Gorham, New Hampshire's Firefighter of the Year in 2009. Aside from his career at Berlin City Auto Group, Phil enjoys relaxing with his family at home

For his next extended vacation, Paul is considering embarking on a road trip across the United States, Alaska being his final destination.

    Presently driving a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt, Eric possesses a great appreciation for stylized, top-of-the-line sports cars as well. Looking forward to sliding into the driver?s seat of a Bugatti Veyron at some point in the future, Eric will not hesitate to make the most of the vehicle?s 16-cylinder monster engine and 1001 horsepower, attributes that allow for speeds of up to 250 miles per hour.

    A lifelong resident of New England, Eric was raised in Milan, New Hampshire, a historic town in Coos County founded by famed patriot Paul Wentworth in 1771. Like so many of his colleagues, friends, and neighbors, Eric has chosen to remain in the Northeast for the wonderful quality of life the region affords.     Raised in Berlin, New Hampshire, Sean points out that one of the most appealing aspects of New England life is the friendly population-warm and open-minded folks who truly care about one another and the community at large. Currently, Sean drives both a Ford Fusion and a Chevrolet Silverado, the latter of which is the perfect vehicle for getting out into nature, smoothly navigating mountain roads in all types of weather. A New England resident who grew up in Maine, Tim loves the Northeast's distinct seasons and friendly communities. In his leisure time away from Berlin City Auto Group, Tim can be found out on the river with his fly fishing gear, or relaxing at home with his family. Planning his next vacation, Tim looks forward to taking a long road trip through Canada and Alaska.

    Bill was born and raised in Berlin, NH. He enlisted in the army in the fall of 1964 returning home in 1967. Bill went to work with the US Postal Service in 1968 retiring in January 2001. As an active retiree he decide to start a second career in the automotive industry in February of 2001 and has been with Berlin City ever since. Bill's interests are in hunting, fishing, & gun collecting. Stop in and meet Bill it will be an unforgettable experience.
